Hi There!
Well, both loaves came out PERFECTLY!
Perhaps not quite as light as my Mom's
but I haven't made bread in a LONG time and,
Gilbert and I weren't too, too fussy, either!
I'm a few days behind but
I thought I'd share my final pics,
nevertheless.
Off to bed!

Awesome looking bread, Rosa. There's nothing like the taste and smell of bread you've made yourself. It's funny, I never take pictures of food, but today I took a picture of the tomato tart I baked just because it turned out so purty! I'll have to post it on my blog. I'm going to try to not be gone for months and months at a time from now on. lol
