Cutting differently...
Just a regular mushroom...
Gilbert cut this one differently and I thought it was rather striking..... mind you - it tasted the same but the visuals really struck me as beautiful and different. *s*

COOL! Never seen one cut this way b4. Next time I buy some mushrooms, I'll give it a try.
